1. About Us
BookMyPlatter is a catering brand operated by Aadhya Caterers, based in Hyderabad, Telangana. By placing an order or enquiry with us via our website, WhatsApp, phone or SMS, you agree to the terms below.
2. Orders & Confirmation
- Every order is confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
- Final guest count & menu must be locked at least 48 hours before the event.
- Prices are per plate and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested in writing (email or WhatsApp) tobookmyplatter@gmail.com or +91 99955 59338.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. Rescheduling
One free reschedule is allowed if requested at least 5 days before the event, subject to date availability. Any menu or price difference on the new date will apply.
5. Guest Count Changes
- Increases up to 10% are accommodated subject to notice of 24 hours.
- Reductions after menu lock-in will still be billed at the confirmed count.
6. Food Quality & Liability
We are an FSSAI-licensed kitchen and follow strict hygiene standards. Once food is delivered/served, storage & consumption are the customer's responsibility. Liability is limited to the order value.
7. Communication Consent
By sharing your mobile number, you consent to receive order, enquiry and service-related SMS, WhatsApp and email messages from BOOKMYPLATTER by Aadhya Caterers. You can opt-out anytime by replying STOP or writing to us.
